At Five C Solutions, our culture is based on understanding our clients’ recruitment needs and delivering against those specifications. To achieve this, we get to know our clients business, its’ profile in the relevant marketplace and its’ detailed recruitment requirements.
Only then, are we able to commence our search for the best candidate to fill the position.
The Five C Solutions Recruitment Process
Using our dedicated team of researchers, first we identify and secondly, target suitable candidates probably not even actively seeking alternative employment and whose CV’s may not be registered with the traditional database-led recruitment agencies. We then target those individuals.
These individuals are likely to be already successfully performing against our client’s job profile with another company in the same or similar sector. Using a targeted approach, our researchers and consultants ascertain:
(a) if the candidate’s skills and experience match the needs of our client’s and equally important;
(b) is the candidate likely to consider a potential role with the client.
Assuming both a) and b) are satisfied, Five C Solutions build an in depth profile on the individual, in preparation for shortlist to the client.
